Wake Up Call

Wake up Call is one full hour of pulse pounding cardio and conditioning.  Part Kickboxing and part fat burning calisthenics.  This is your wake-up call that will help you get ready for the day, and get in shape for life!

 

Body Sculpt

Using an adjustable platform and weights, you move through a series of non-stop cardio intensive movements using traditional power and step combinations.  Using tried and true methods to strengthen and condition your entire body.  These methods include natural movements, conscientious sequencing and isometric holds, all of which will leaving you feeling the results for days.

 

Weight Training & Conditioning

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a high intensity cardio course designed to fatigue your full body.  This is one of our most comprehensive classes.  Be prepared to work!

Note: For a great upper body workout wear gloves during Boxing Boot Camp.

 

Muay Thai 

Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai while losing weight and increasing flexibility.  Thai boxers utilize all eight weapons of the body…two fists, two elbows, two knees, and two legs.  The more combinations possible means more calories burned.  All ages and experience welcomed.

 

Boxing V90X

 Fitness exercise class that includes doing kickboxing/boxing, aerobics, strength training, and stretching.

 

Kids Boxing & MMA

 All ages are welcome to join this fun class that will not only be informative and enjoyable but will also teach the children technique and structure.  

 

Circuit Training

 Different rotations of stations that are guaranteed to work muscles that you have never used before.



Kids Classes

Ages 4-16.  This is fun-filled hour, designed to teach kids discipline and the skills of boxing, kickboxing, and grappling; while building their confidence and self-esteem.  Classes begin at 5:30pm, which coincides with the adult classes so that parents and children can work out at the same time.
